Defective product?

It's unfortunate! It may happen that your product is damaged during transportation. In this case, we will resend a new item for free at the first time and will not be able to issue a refund. If this happens again, we will refund you in full.

Lost package?

If a package is lost or undeliverable for logistical reasons, we always send a new item before issuing a refund. If the order is not received within 60 days of shipping, it may be refunded.
