Return and refund conditions

Returns can be made within 30 days:

Items must be returned in their original condition, with original labels and labels. The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition. The items must not show any signs of use. Please note: if returned items do not meet these criteria, we will not be able to accept them. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we believe that the products have been used or damaged by the customer.

Make sure the returned package has a tracking number. If the return is lost and you do not have proof of shipment, no refund will be made. Returns without tracking are your own responsibility. Return costs remain your responsibility.

Once your return is received, you will receive an email notification. The refund will be made within days of validation of the return.

Order cancellation

Cancellations are only possible within 5 minutes of ordering. After this period, the order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@kusemodel.com immediately after placing it.

Returns are always at the sender's expense and risk and return shipping costs are not refunded.

Non-receipt of package

If a package is not accepted or collected, Kuse Model STORE reserves the right to deduct €15 from the amount to be refunded.

Item or size error

If you receive a wrong item or the wrong size, we will resend the correct item to you free of charge!

Return form

As products are shipped from China, returns must also be shipped to China. Please contact our service at info@kusemodel.com to obtain the return form.

Refund

Refunds are usually issued within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the return.
